At the Better Body Club by TWR we place huge importance on our supportive female focused community. We utilise effective and enjoyable training methods to support overall wellbeing, and physical and mental health. Whilst ensuring the support and guidance provided is tailored to each member’s goals and requirements. 

​

This isn't a 'one size fits all class'. Ran by highly qualified coach Rose, modifications are provided for all clients when required. This ensures the group's suitability for all ability levels, as well as continued progression for all members. 

​

​The club incorporates everything a personal training session would, but in a group of like-minded women cheering each other on! Our members don't just build strength, they build confidence and friendships!

Membership includes:

  • 4 weeks access to the club, with 3 total body strength sessions per week every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (1 hour session duration)

  • Sessions run by highly qualified female coach, with emphasis placed on teaching correct technique.

  • Exercise modifications are provided for all clients when necessary.

  • App access with progress tracking, accountability check-in, nutrition and habit coaching 

  • ​Suitable for pregnancy and postpartum (following confirmation after initial consultation)

  • Members are allocated to one group time from either: 4:30pm / 5:45pm / 7pm / 8:15pm
